We are looking for a happy, real and human Organic Social Media intern that is ready to play a key role in creating and nurturing a great community and creating wow for existing and future members. As an intern you will gain invaluable experience helping to manage huge amounts of content for our 25+ social media profiles across Meta, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and other channels, and you will gain experience working in the growth marketing team of a growing B2C subscription company within the beauty industry. This batch of interns would be expected to be able to start in August 2023.

Organic Social Media Intern

As an organic social media intern you will get hands-on experience managing and publishing content designed to engage potential new members on all the significant platforms: TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other channels. You will be an integral part of our Growth team where we live and breathe to create more happy moments in the world. Your creative, inspirational, and innovative contribution will make a difference.

What is in it for you?

• A carefully designed onboarding program geared towards creating a strong digital marketing foundation for you with an emphasis on communication and Social Media

• Hands-on experience working across multiple digital marketing channels such as Meta, Snapchat and TikTok

• Working as part of a bigger Growth Marketing team in an international, dynamic, progressive company. You will be an integral part of the team and as such included in meetings, SoMe sparring & planning, and you will get your hands dirty and do lots of real work, while you will get full support from a great team

  
  

What your days could look like

• Looking at the social media content calendar on daily basis and help posting and scheduling all content across 13 markets

• Taking responsibility for giveaways and competitions on our social media channels

• Writing copy for social media alongside with the Social Media Manager

• Co-ownership of our social media communities (e.g. Facebook groups) as well as helping out with making our influencers happy

• Close collaboration with our Customer Experience team “Team Happiness” ensuring they are equipped to answer all the comments on social media with a bit of wow

• A variety of ad-hoc and administrative tasks

What you will need to bring

• You are a switched-on individual, a self-starter and a quick learner

• You write captivating copy. You know how to engage our members emotionally through storytelling

• You have a commercial mindset and you are interested in marketing as well as social media

• You possess good organizational skills, and you like working in a structured manner

• You have excellent attention to detail, and you have the ability to work to tight deadlines

• You are a flawless communicator in English. Proficiency in one Nordic language is considered a plus
