Entrepreneurial Country Manager at Tech driven Profitable Scale Up First and Last Mile services within the Automotive industry.

Tidler provides consumer-centric first and last mile logistics to the automotive industry. Our drivers pick up and deliver cars to and from workshops and dealerships all over Sweden whether it be for a Test Drive, New/Used car delivery or for a routine Workshop visit.

So far, we've delivered over 100,000 cars, have over 100 drivers out in the field, have found product-market fit and are a profitable business. We work with Sweden's largest car manufacturers and dealers and are a critical part of their offering as they transition to online sales and service channels. Our vision is simple - to make car ownership simpler, more convenient and sustainable.

With Sweden as proven market we are now looking into entering the Norwegian market with open eyes at a high-speed pace. Together with solid partners we are starting projects with instant volume to get a healthy start in the launch phase. To be able to ramp up our growth in Norway we are looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager that can help us build our commercial landscape, together with a solid organization with cultural fit matching our Tidler brand.

Who are we looking for?

As a Country Manager you will be handed all the tools, processes products to meet the market need and technical support to be able to run a profitable business at scale, but building the team and cracking the Norwegian automotive market will be your own creation. Hence, being self-propelled, inventive and able to build / build on existing strong industry network will be critical for the successful and thrive in this role. That said, we are a very close-knit team that help each other out where possible.

Since the launch of the company, we have always seen the value of combining people’s persona and set of work skills. So, in this role it is equally important to bring documented and relevant experience from building a profitable organization alongside with a big smile while doing it. In the beginning of the launch our Country Manager will work close with a tight team including founder/Group CEO and CPO with team. We believe that we have proven a lot over the past five years in the Swedish car market and we will bring knowhow from our existing business. However, at the same time we understand that markets are different and that is why we look for a person that’s not afraid of refining what we believe has been proven to work before. Simply take control of your own business.

What you will do:

• Responsible for building and growing the Norwegian business commercially from scratch

• Drive and support the roll out of grander cross international collaborations (today we have OEMs that requires our services across several markets)

• Build the organization and manage it in Norway

• From Norway, continuously challenge and develop offering, technological solutions and operational processes for the greater Group

• Help us sustainably change the traditional way of owning a car

Qualifications:

• Proven experience from building a profitable business within the car industry or similar industries

• In depth understanding and strong network within the Norwegian automotive industry is a strong plus

• Entrepreneurial, self-propelled and not afraid of putting in the work

• Fluent in Norwegian and high-level proficiency in English. Proficient understanding of Swedish is a plus

• Minimum of 5+ years in a leading position

• Tech-savvy

• Background from logistics could be an advantage

• Based in Oslo
