Senior Customer Success Manager (DACH)

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM), you ensure that our customers receive the guidance and support needed to achieve their goals. You act as a bridge between the customer and tamigo, and you actively grow your accounts. 

Your customer base will primarily be enterprise customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
 

Your job will be to:

Maintain: Think long-term, ensure good user adoption and customer engagement. You understand our customer base and focus on solving long-term needs.

Nurture: Strengthen relationships with customers. You optimise the experience of each customer and demonstrate how we can meet their specific needs.

Grow: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. You are committed to supporting the business goals of our customers, and you pursue upselling and cross selling whenever there is more value that can be added for the customer.

You will work alongside our other two CSMs as part of our Sales team.

You are the right candidate if:

  • You speak and write native level German, and professional English
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Management role or sales, preferably for a SaaS company
  • You have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • You combine ambition and creative thinking with business acumen and a deep interest in IT

Job responsibilities:

  • Build trust with customers by providing high-quality service and meeting their needs in terms of the solution.
  • Actively encourage upselling and cross-selling and provide timely value propositions to customers.
  • Generate sales leads through active referrals, contacts with champions, and drive expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on the Sales team to close deals.
  • Follow up on renewals and yearly price regulations.
