tamigo provides a Workforce Management solution that is easy, smart, and international to customers in retail and hospitality across Europe.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM), you ensure that our customers receive the guidance and support needed to achieve their goals. You act as a bridge between the customer and tamigo, and you actively grow your accounts.
Your customer base will primarily be enterprise customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Your job will be to:
Maintain: Think long-term, ensure good user adoption and customer engagement. You understand our customer base and focus on solving long-term needs.
Nurture: Strengthen relationships with customers. You optimise the experience of each customer and demonstrate how we can meet their specific needs.
Grow: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. You are committed to supporting the business goals of our customers, and you pursue upselling and cross selling whenever there is more value that can be added for the customer.
You will work alongside our other two CSMs as part of our Sales team.
