We’re looking for a new colleague to join as Senior Manager of Data & Analytics where you will be pivotal in delivering data-driven insights to Planday to help shape the whole business and support our ambitious growth plans.

Based out of Copenhagen you will be working closely with all teams cross-functionally. As our new Senior Manager of Data & Analytics, you will be developing the roadmap towards delivering datawarehouse capabilities to the entire business. You will ensure the correct data models, and reporting frameworks is delivered in an iterative way and with the right level of detail. You will co-own the tech-stack together with the Platform team within our Product Engineering division and work together with the both Product Engineering, RevOps, Finance, Sales and Marketing on creating the best possible DW experience for the whole business. We already have a data stack based on Snowflake, Fivetran and dbt.

You can expect to work with the following:

• Developing and maintaining the Data & Analytics roadmap to meet Planday goals
• Continuously develop the data infrastructure and systems stack
• Create and maintain the data models that turn raw data into valuable data assets
• Collaborate closely with our leadership teams across Planday to identify, track and report on key metrics
• Lead Data & Analytics projects within and across teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering teams to provide a true 360 view of our customers
• Work hands-on with the systems and solutions
• Working with technical stakeholders from Product Engineering teams to deliver seamless integration functionality between the product and business.
• You will report to the current VP of Technology

Requirements

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative senior data profile, with +5 years in Business and Analytics, who is naturally focused on the balance between enabling others and going into the details and getting stuff done. It is important to us that you are comfortable working with business leaders as well as being deep in the data.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL. Experience with dbt and Snowflake is desirable
• Hands-on experience with building and/or maintaining a modern data stack
• Experience with working in data teams
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with SaaS commercial models and processes is desirable
• Solid experience in working with scrum and other agile methodologies, is desirable
• A true passion for translating data into actionable insights to support the growth of the company
• Strong experience in developing data models with business value in mind and expertise in visualizing data and operationalizing it.
