Are you a motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team.
The Sales Director will be responsible for the success of the sales team in North America. The Director will also sell Gameplan, Gameplan’s courses as well as the Gaming Concepts Courses. We are looking for an experienced K-12 sales executive with experience selling curriculum (preferably CTE/STEAM), who will be hands-on with CTE Departments, school and district administrators, as well as regional and state organizations, to develop their esports curriculum offerings. Deals can range from $3,000 a year to over $500,000/year, depending on the size of the implementation.
Educational background is a must (either through sales or in a school/district).
Who are you: You are self-motivated, have a good work ethic, and are always willing to learn and help others. You are passionate about education and driven by the goal of reaching all students and especially those who have been underserved. You see the value of video games in Education and how esports can prepare students for college and careers and teach students life essential skills.
5+ years of hands-on sales experience in the K12/education/edtech space for software or curriculum
Previous experience as a sales director
Experience in leading teams and developing other salespeople
