And do you pride yourself on being serviceminded to your core in everything you do?
During 2023 we will scale the organization and we expect to onboard more than 40.000 new users to our platform – we are entering a defining period in the Crediwire journey.
As the new Customer Success Manager at Crediwire, you will have the opportunity to help build the department from (almost) the ground up. You will focus on facilitating great customer experiences, working closely with sales and helping accountants and bookkeepers succeed in incorporating Crediwire into their work routines. Hence, it is important that you have a deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping, and how accountants and bookkeepers work with real-time financial data.
The role will focus on three key categories: Support, Customer Success and Upsell.
Your responsibilities will include managing our existing customer base as well as identifying possible upsell opportunities. You will also be helping new customers on board when joining Crediwire. This means wearing many hats as you will own the task of supporting our customers on technical issues (covering inbound calls, email and chat) as well as helping them on how to utilize the Crediwire platform.

At Crediwire we create better financial experiences for SMEs, their accountants and their banks – that’s why we get up in the morning.
We collect, structure and activate financial data to create more knowledge, better decisions and ultimately stronger companies. Crediwire is a platform for financial optimization.
As a successful candidate:
You should be interested in working in a start-up where you have the possibility to grow with a promising next-generation FinTech company and quickly become a valued member of the core team. You are the type who wants to go “above-and-beyond”.
