The role:
As the new Customer Success Manager at Crediwire, you will have the opportunity to help build the department from (almost) the ground up. You will focus on facilitating great customer experiences, working closely with sales and helping accountants and bookkeepers succeed in incorporating Crediwire into their work routines. Hence, it is important that you have a deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping, and how accountants and bookkeepers work with real-time financial data.
The role will focus on three key categories: Support, Customer Success and Upsell.
Your responsibilities will include managing our existing customer base as well as identifying possible upsell opportunities. You will also be helping new customers on board when joining Crediwire. This means wearing many hats as you will own the task of supporting our customers on technical issues (covering inbound calls, email and chat) as well as helping them on how to utilize the Crediwire platform.
