On the sales team, each member is allowed to make really big decisions without asking anyone. We trust our team members to assess the best decision on behalf of 24Slides and then make them. This means mistakes are made that might have been caught by a manager, but it is the only way we can ensure maximum learning curve as a team.
Help each other grow:
As a team, we want to make sure we constantly improve and become better. The best way to do that is to get honest feedback from our colleagues. This means we commit as a team to take difficult conversations with each other to enable each of us to grow.
Be open and curious to new ideas:
On our team, all ideas are welcome, especially the weird ones. To make sure we are all comfortable saying potentially stupid things we have decided to always default to open curiosity when an idea is floated.
You can be all colors, shapes, sizes, or genders. If you are passionate about the values we have on our team and would like to help everyone be better, then we could be very well looking for you.
If you have experience with sales then that is a plus but it is not a requirement.

Who we are:
24Slides is a presentation design company that provides individuals and corporations with presentation design support. We have a team of insanely talented designers backed by a custom online platform for our customers that we continuously develop. In fact, our unofficial motto is ‘designed by humans, powered by technology’.
Our headquarters are in Copenhagen, Denmark, our development team is in Kiev, Ukraine and our design teams are based in Malang, Indonesia and Lima, Peru. We’re the world’s largest presentation design company with over 200 team members across the globe and we support thousands of presenters each month, allowing them to give powerful on-brand presentations. We’re growing fast and are always looking for the best talent to join our team.
But we’re not just about presentation design. Our ambitions are much greater. What it’s like working at 24Slides:
You’ll be working in our Copenhagen office, located in Nordhavn as part of a tightly-knit team of 14. We’ve recently moved into our new office which we have renovated into an awesome space where we can work and chill. The cool waters of Nordhavn are a few minutes away for a lunchtime summer swim (or you can join the real Vikings in our office for their daily winter dip). :)

About the role:
We value WHO you are over WHAT you've done. The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for bringing in new subscription clients to 24Slides together with the rest of the New Business team.
This means talking to customers on the phone and through email to book meetings for the Head of New Business Sales.
You will be doing very little cold calling. Our 2 primary lead sources supplied by our marketing team is happy customers that have already tried 24Slides and customers that have signed up to hear more about our business solutions.
What we bring to the table:
The most important part of working in the sales department at 24Slides is learning. We will invest in your development as a sales professional and you will be doing sales training every week. The 24Slides sales school has 4 levels:
Level 1 - Meeting booking:
Learn how to qualify and book great meetings, with relevant potential candidates. Who to call, what to say, and how to not waste time on irrelevant leads to maximize the time spend on potential customers.
Level 2 - Meeting Execution::
Learn how to execute the perfect meeting and create opportunities with a high close rate.
Level 3 - The Closer:
Learn the negotiation techniques to close contracts with new customers.
Level 4 - The sales trainer
Learn what it takes to be the person driving 24Slides sales school courses. How to run the courses at all levels and be able to educate and grow the skills of our growing sales team.
What you will be doing
Talking to all of our existing customers and warm inbound leads.
Clarifying which ones would be a good fit for a dedicated design team or 24Slides Business solutions.
Booking meetings for the Head of New Business Sales.
Participating in those meetings to learn.
Sales training to improve your skills.
Sharing relevant customer feedback with the company.
