We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, someone who’ll help us ensure outstanding customer service and create the best customer experience. Someone who’ll join our fast paced team, where we strive for excellence and aim sky high, though no one will be doing it by themselves, we’re here to succeed as a team.

As our new Customer Service Specialist you’ll be creating the best customer experience by responding to inquiries from our customers through phone and email. To keep delivering the best service, we’re looking into other channels as well, so if you have ideas, this is your time to shine. You keep an empathic tone, and always strive to provide concrete solutions. We’re scaling, which also means that with us, there’s a great option to take part in different projects within your area of expertise and something that motivates you - this could be optimising our work processes or improving the customer journey.

We like to think of it this way; we help landlords and tenants become best friends by freeing up time for the landlord, so they can focus on what is good for both business and tenants. A better renting experience. Landlords do want that, but the problem is that they have their hands full of redundant, time-consuming tasks. That’s where we come in: we automate all those tasks, removing human errors and bureaucracy in the process, and putting that human connection back into the equation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Spend most of your time talking to our great customers
  • Guide our customers through our platform, identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
  • Enter into our Service and Support team, who all work together to ensure the best customer experience
  • Take part in or lead CS related projects

Are you the one, who are

  • Positive and have a natural flair for great service
  • The one all your friends would say have the best people skills
  • Used to CS work, either face to face or virtual
  • Comfortable in high pace situations - you keep your cool, the focus and find the best solutions
  • Thriving when the road from thought to action is short
  • Skilled at prioritising your tasks - but love that things always change
  • Fluent in both Danish and English (you’ll be speaking Danish with all our customers, but English with everyone else at Proper) 

Today we’re present in the Danish and Dutch market, and just about to enter the German market - so if you have additional language skills, do definitely list them in your application.
