We are looking for a self-driven Frontend Engineer passionate about Frontend development. Our mission is to build the best collaboration solution for businesses and schools, and you will have a significant impact on making it possible.
You will be joining the Cloud team, playing a pivotal part in making our platform highly usable and highly performant for our clients. You will develop large-scale, single-page applications that focus on remote monitoring, management and digital signage of our Airtame devices.
Frequent code reviews, linting, and pairing are integral components of our engineering culture. We encourage experimenting with new technologies and constantly challenge ourselves to improve our code, processes, and systems.
You will help us build a new foundation of the Cloud to improve user experience in general, especially for IT teams managing large roll-outs.
Increase the adoption of existing functionality to make our software offering more attractive:
Reusable device content and settings management.
Optimise platform for large (+1K) roll-outs.
Add support for high-resolution screens.
Subscription payment flows.
Consistently deploy features and improvements with minimal guidance.
Get involved in optimising the performance of the signage content rendered in our Airtame devices.
You will help identify and fix areas of the code-base that can improve the product's overall stability.
Develop and maintain features for our single-page application (SPA), controlling the management of our Airtame devices using the ReactJS framework.
Mentor and be mentored by other engineers.
Contribute to the improvement of the process and the quality of delivering the cloud product.
Collaborate with design and product owners to provide the best experience for our customers.
Participate in the development of a components library used across products in the company.
Contribute and maintain our end-to-end test with close collaboration with the QA team.
Proven experience building beautiful, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript.
Expertise in building responsive layouts with CSS and HTML.
Understanding of HTTP-based protocols.
Experience building user interfaces for the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari).
Basic understanding of visual and UX design principles.
Basic understanding of bash.
Basic understanding of different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to work and a can-do attitude.
Confidence to work autonomously.
Team player.
Experience and/or willingness to work in a partially remote team.
Experience with React.
Experience with Typescript.
Experience with Javascript ecosystem tooling (Webpack, Rollup, Storybook, Jest).
Contributions to open-source projects.
