We’re now looking for a CRO Manager remotely who will devise and lead conversion rate optimisation projects across our portfolio of websites with the aim to improve the user journey and our acquisition efforts.

What you’ll do at Reva Group
As CRO Manager, you will use data, user behaviour and competitor analysis to develop a roadmap for A/B testing and experiments and you will work across our Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements of CRO across all areas.

Primary responsibilities
Set up and own processes surrounding CRO tools and tech
Create a data-led approach to testing hypotheses and prioritisation
Set up, launch and monitor A/B tests
Analyse and evaluate experiments, reporting on results and recommending next steps
Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to optimise user journeys
Identify opportunities that can improve user pain points and user flow
Keep up to date with CRO methodology and technology to lead the company CRO strategy
Minimum qualifications
Proven track record in conversion rate optimisation, ideally with larger websites and websites in different geographies
Deep expertise in A/B testing programs
Working knowledge of A/B testing platforms
Previous experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
Analytical mindset with the ability to deep dive and analyse large data sets to guide strategy
Strong cross-functional collaboration and reporting skills
Highly organised and a strong attention to detail
A self-starter who likes to take ownership and can deliver projects effectively within a fast-paced environment
