Would you like to join an early-stage robotic startup that will revolutionize mountain rescue equipment? At YAKRescue we are developing an assistive device for bringing down injured people from the mountains but we are moving to other fields where we can apply our technology.


Your responsibilities

As an Electronics/Electrical Engineer intern at YAKRescue, you will be responsible for designing and production of new solutions. From day one you will be given a task or project that you can work on. We also appreciate new ideas and concepts to improve our current products.


Your Profile

  • Enthusiastic about designing and developing stuff and not afraid to take responsibility!

  • Understanding of LV electrical engineering

  • Experience developing schematics and PCBAs

  • Experience in KiCad

  • Experience in EMC is a plus

  • You like to get challenged and have the ability to work in a startup - where the environment is dynamic and agile.


The position is unpaid and you will get a lot of responsibility with the possibility to learn plenty. We have a young and dynamic team with a flat structure.

  • Our team is currently based at DTU Skylab in Lyngby. Thus, you will have access to the DTU startup ecosystem and facilities

  • We want you to join our little community and work together. However, we are open to flexible and remote working hours.

  • Flexible duration of the internship / special course/thesis based on the requirements of your degree.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer any remuneration but you can gain a lot of experience.
