About the role

You will be part of the business development and customer success team at the heart of GameAnalytics. This key team identifies, qualifies, converts and retains customers with the best analytics setup for their particular use case. As our Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strategic, technical and business relationships with our key accounts in order to drive adoption of GameAnalytics’ data products. You will work closely with the product team and cross-functional project leads to ensure that products & services go to market effectively and continue to grow. You will also ensure your accounts have access to industry-leading technical support, that is responsive, savvy, and delivers excellent customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establishing and improve relationships with current paying GameAnalytics customers through video calls, company visits and conferences.
  • Improve existing onboarding documentation and procedures for new paid GameAnalytics customers, this also includes information collection such as tech stack.
  • Create and maintain a system to monitor potential churn for paid GameAnalytics customers and build solutions to reduce future churn.
  • Working with the sales team, identify areas to upsell GameAnalytics products to GameAnalytics paid customers.
  • Collaborate with the support and product team and report back any feature requests made by GameAnalytics customers. This also includes working alongside the marketing team to coordinate new feature release announcements.
  • Reporting all customer conversations in our preferred CRM
  • A willingness to understand the GameAnalytics core product inside and out from a technical perspective.
  • High responsiveness to customer queries, prioritisation of issues and escalation to other members of the team where necessary.

Requirements

At GameAnalytics we’re open to various levels of experience, but you will ideally have:

  • Familiar with cloud technology, software development practices, databases and data processing tools.
  • Good understanding of gaming in general and mobile gaming in particular.
  • Great written communication and interpersonal skills -- able to build rapport with a wide array of people using virtual communication channels.
  • Technical Account Manager mindset – always looking to improve customer relationships and fully understand their technical needs and challenges.
  • Client centric, get-things-done attitude, responsiveness and a continual focus on customer experience.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • A solid academic background in a technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager related role.
  • Previous experience in SaaS (Software as a service)
  • A games industry background (or real passion for games) is a nice bonusæ
