What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an empathic problem-solver to join our Customer Success team. You will play a central role in understanding our customers’ desired outcomes, long-term needs and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships within assigned accounts. You will be part of the go-to-market team working alongside Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.

Customer Success Manager 

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Working with customers to ensure they are leveraging Glint Ground effectively and finding value in our services.
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell through increased product adoption and increased usage.
  • Becoming an expert in Glint Ground and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Working closely with Sales, Billing, and other Technical team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • Becoming a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development.
  • Efficiently managing time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
  • Maintaining a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal

About you 

You are hungry to play an important role in helping us scale Glint internationally. You are looking for a role where you show up to work excited to make a difference. You love working on multiple things at once, exploring new ways of attracting customer interest. You are a team player who is always ready to support fellow colleagues and brainstorm. You are curious and believe in always learning to improve and excel.

Ideal qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Skills: Empathy, problem solving, communication, service mindset, data and analytics.
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Self-motivated, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a big plus
