About the position

You will develop and implement strategies and roll-out plans that accelerates the next phase of our growth journey and expand our services to new markets. You will be a key member of our senior management team and play a vital role in leading cross-functional initiatives that drives growth and deliver on our strategic ambitions.

As our Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing business, pricing, and market entry strategies in collaboration with senior management

• Identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth

• Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects

• Leading and coordinating funding rounds

• Providing support and strategic guidance for the CEO who also has an extensive background from consulting

To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:

• At least 3-4 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm

• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze complex data

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others

• Self-starting and hands-on, being able to find your way in ambiguous settings and the roller coaster ride that a scale-up can be

• A strong desire to drive and deliver results, and the potential to take on a functional leadership role
