Eupry is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to support the development of our SaaS platform and make it accessible and easy to use for our customers in Novo Nordisk, Arla, Carlsberg, and other leaders within the life sciences industry!

What does a Eupry UX Designer do?
Your main task will be to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep updated on competitor products and industry trends

About You
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Furthermore, if you recognize yourself in some of the points below, we would be excited to learn more about you!

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, which is the software we use)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Proactive approach to your tasks
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/MSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• A portfolio of design projects within a similar industry will be an advantage
• Background in project management and research will be an advantage
