🔥What you will be doing
You will help prepare our repair kits for our customers this can include but is not limited to:

• Calibration of sensors and other materials needed for repair kits.
  
• Ensuring precise inventory levels by communicating any stock change to the Inventory & Warehouse Controller, along with flagging any low stock required to stratify for repair kit demand.

You will synchronize with our other departments (Customer Success/Support & Sales) to align on Returns, Swaps, Repairs & Loans alongside this you will:

• Run visual and functional inspections of returned goods in collaboration with our Production Quality Engineer to define root cause and action plan.
• Take actions depending on the root cause (refund & swap or repair) and communicate according to the relevant department to ensure smooth communication with our customers.
• Ensure precise inventory of RMA stock and full traceability of stock movements.
• Update metrics for the Repair kits, Returns & Refunds, Swaps, and RTO’s.
• You will take ownership of our loans and help to organize the requests and follow protocol for the on-time returns of loaned products. (e.g acknowledge received of the item & outsource textile washing).

 You will be involved in our inwards/outwards operations which include tasks such as:

• Registration of Supply Chain incoming goods (Returns, Swaps, RTO’s, In-house Repairs, and FBM components)
• Preparing and packing requested priority orders based on available finished products
• Arrange deliveries and pickups from different courier companies based on the best offer in terms of time and price.
• Creating shipping labels, packing, and ensuring that our products get to our customers in a timely manner.

🕵️ Is this you?

• You possess experience in a similar industry or within Returns and Repairs.
  
• You are able to understand basic electronics concepts.
  
• You have previous experience in using Test Equipment and reporting data from test results.
• You are outgoing, with great communication skills and adaptability.
• You possess good communication skills in the English language, written & verbal.

• Are a true problem-solver & troubleshooter, you learn fast and are quick on your feet.
• Have a background in a similar industry, which is preferred but not mandatory (eg: testing equipment)
• Having experience in inwards and logistics will be a great advantage.
