Normative is now looking for an Strategic Channel Manager
As Normative is growing across geographic regions and sectors to make known the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet, we are teaming up with an increasing number of large corporations, governmental bodies, IGOs and NGOs globally to make a positive impact. With marketing efforts, partnerships and communication collaborations, as well as a growing network of strong relationships that directly support partners, but also produce positive externalities are increasingly essential.
What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:
Partnerships are a new and exciting part of our Global Commercial team. You will be the first member of the Partner Sales team reporting directly to the CCO, where you will be contributing to growing, building and developing our partnerships from the ground up. You will work closely with our Director of Ecosystems and our CCO to execute on Normatives portfolio strategy.
This is a highly collaborative role and you will be working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance teams. We’re looking for someone who will throw themselves into this role and act as an evangelist for Normative. You’ll need to be an effective project manager as well as a highly target-driven salesperson.
In the role, you will:
Contribute in the design, building and delivering on Normatives partner sales strategy, where you will be working closely with Director of Ecosystem to execute on company portfolio strategy
Increasing sales pipeline for our sales teams through account mapping, generating referral and reseller partnerships.
Leveraging your existing relationships with Software Businesses, Consultancies and Resellers to drive new revenue streams for Normative
Pitching Normative to new partners and supporting the sales team to convert to revenue
Working with the Director of Sales Enablement to support building a partner training program and adoption of this program.
Working alongside Marketing to build campaigns and materials to support channel growth
Being the main point of contact for all partner enquiries
Experience we’re seeking:
You have experience from successfully recruiting, managing and developing strategic sales partners
You’re an expert in creating SaaS technology partnerships
You have high energy, wildly creative and a world-class communicator
You have worked in a fast growth technology company previously, preferably with a SaaS solution
Salesforce proficient

Location
We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. We believe that you are based in the greater London or Stockholm region and can be in the office three days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
