Your key responsibilities:‍

As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with the VP of Sales in Nordics and the UK, Account Executives, and the rest of your outstanding colleagues to scale the Swedish market by:

  • You will generate new business opportunities in the Swedish market, mainly through outbound sales calls and other relevant media channels. 
  • Use data to identify and improve processes, efficiency, enablement, and productivity.
  • Track and communicate weekly goals to team and leadership to drive consistent performance week over week.
  • We will provide you with the necessary training in regards for you to succeed and achieve excellence
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to discover opportunities and innovative strategies in our sales approaches.
  • Become a product and ICP vertical specialist
  • Book high-quality meetings

 

Your profile and background:

  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in both Swedish and English 🇸🇪 🇬🇧
  • You have experience with outbound, sales, B2B, and preferably SaaS sales 
  • You have good people skills: good at listening, empathetic, naturally curious, and interested in other people
  • Comfortable with speaking to senior stakeholders, cold calling & getting out of your comfort zone
  • Winning attitude – awareness that there are good days and bad days, and the ability to get through both with an innovative thinking
  • Ambitions - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset
  • A team player - you go out of your way to help your colleagues succeed
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, ready to learn and grow every day
