We're looking for a creative and organized person who loves building relationships with customers and planning events. The Events/Community Manager will build connections between our company, partners, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, and can develop strategies that result in measurable success.
This position requires some amount of international travel.
Help create, develop and foster a community (offline and online) around Revenue Operations
Develop community-building strategies, including plans for customer engagement activities
Create marketing materials for upcoming events
Coordinate all aspects of an event, including venue bookings, caterers, and other vendors
Manage customer relationships during events and follow up after the event
Create reports on event results and customer feedback
Monitor social media activity related to events
Work with the team to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field preferred
2+ years of experience managing large-scale events in B2B environments
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Understanding of B2B business models and customer engagement activities
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Having experience or a network within the Danish startup community or abroad would be a plus
