About the role

As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive B2B growth. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. As we transition through a scale-up phase this role requires being hands-on/operational as well as strategic.

24Slides is a presentation design company that provides individuals and corporations with presentation design support. We have a team of insanely talented designers backed by a custom online platform for our customers that we continuously develop. In fact, our unofficial motto is ‘designed by humans, powered by technology’. 

Our headquarter is in Copenhagen, Denmark, our development team is in Kyiv, Ukraine and our design teams are based in Malang, Indonesia, and Lima, Peru. On top of that we have just opened a new office in Florida, US. You will get 13 great colleagues in our Copenhagen office located in Nordhavn and you will be reporting to the CEO also based in Copenhagen. We keep a startup-like mindset and atmosphere with a strong emphasis on a positive work-life balance.

Marketing at 24Slides

You will work out of our office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your team will be split between Denmark and Peru.

These are the current areas that fall under the responsibility of marketing:

• SEO and our content marketing

• Paid Ads

• Website Conversion in Collab with the product team

• Email Marketing

• Branding

We are a bootstrapped scale-up which means we cannot do everything at once. We need to prioritise and focus on what drives growth. You will have a big impact on that priority together with the rest of our leadership team.

The role is assessed in two areas:

1. Impact on the revenue and our purpose.

2. Management of the team and individual performance of team members.

Examples of what you will be doing

• Track and report on the ongoing performance of marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with the Sales team on generating high-quality leads

• Generate ideas for new initiatives to increase regular and contract revenue

• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify key opportunities for growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional materials

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

• Native-level English, both written and spoken

• 10 years of relevant experience 

• Working understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics, and email marketing

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns

• Industry knowledge of SaaS marketing
