Your responsibilities as Sales and Operations Coordinator

In your role as Sales and Operations Coordinator, your main focus will be supporting the global sales efforts and Operations to achieve best possible growth. This involves handling questions and inquiries from agents, distributors, suppliers’ production, and customers. Key aspects of the responsibilities are also to prepare offers for customers, follow up on offers, and to enter orders.

You thrive in an entrepreneurial working environment, where individual initiative and ownership is key. You are customer-oriented and enjoy working with many cultures and nationalities. You have a good sense of detail and work with a focus on achieving results. You are looking for a part-time job with flexible timings.

You will be a member in the center of the small Port-Safety team of 3 people. Since our launch to market in 2018 we have reached sales in 34 countries. Our network of Sales Partners is growing and is an essential part of our growth strategy.


Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • To be self-driving and with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Write and speak in Spanish, English and Danish at the highest professional level.

  • Have a good business understanding and a flair for numbers.

  • Have a natural interest in international trade towards supply chain and sales.

  • Experience within sales, supply chain, production, order handling, and customer service.

  • University student or equivalent.

Port-Safety was founded in 2017 with the aim of improving safety in ports and along quay walls globally. Traditional rescue ladders on ports are made of galvanized steel. They are corrosive and must be painted in order to remain visible. Port-Safety has developed an innovative rescue ladder, LifeLadder, which addresses two issues: Visibility and maintenance.
