We are looking for an experienced Accountant, who will take on the responsibility of Relesys general bookkeeping while working closely together with the rest of our finance department. Relesys offers a fast-paced and international environment, as we are a growing business with existing offices in Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, and Vilnius. Therefore, you will meet many exciting people and communicate a lot in English in line with payroll completion and external vendors.  

You will join the Finance and Legal team consisting of five great colleagues 🌟 Your manager the CFO, a Senior Financial Controller, a Bookkeeper and two Legal Counsels. (Pssst, if you are lucky the CFO might invite you all to thanksgiving at his house again this year). 

 

Responsibilities:

  • All-around bookkeeping including but not limited to following tasks
  • Complete payroll for the Danish entity
  • Submission of payroll input for foreign payroll vendors
  • Payment and recording of vendor invoices
  • Creation of recharge invoices and TP invoices
  • Execution and documentation of monthly closings
  • Ad hoc projects such as automation of processes in our new ERP Business Central

 

Who are you:

  • You are a positive person who loves to add to a social and engaging company culture
  • You work with proactivity and independence and are eager to take ownership of bookkeeping tasks
  • You work with attention to detail and structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • You have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Experienced with VAT and corporation tax
  • An expert in using Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced with Business Central or Navision is a requirement.
  • Experienced with IFRS is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Experience with Zenegy is an advantage. 
  • Excellent in both written and verbal Danish and English 🇩🇰🇬🇧
