Communications Manager (Student/Volunteer position)

Are you up for a challenge in managing Communications Department, you just might be our person. We are looking for a passionate and proactive communications manager to lead our communications department. If you are looking for gaining and developing your skills in organizing, planning, marketing, and creativity, this is the position for you.


Who we are:

DANSIC is a non-profit organization exploring social innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities and challenges. This year we are working on bringing together the idea of art as a product of recycled materials.

As a volunteer in DANSIC, you will be part of an ambitious group of volunteers from various universities, nationalities, and professional backgrounds, all caring about sustainability and social innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Producing engaging content about the DANSIC23 project

  • Building brand recognition 

  • Crating educational and informative content and articles

  • Supervise the Communications Department

  • Create a social media strategy with the Board Members


We're looking for someone who...

  • Currently is a Bachelor’s / Master’s student or a recent graduate within Communications, Marketing, and other related fields (up to 1 year since graduation)

  • Would like to support social innovation and sustainability

  • Is able to attend the weekly meeting in your crew every Tuesday evening

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Can undertake some ad hoc tasks during the week

  • Can be a part of DANSIC from fall 2022 until late spring 2023, when our Annual General Meeting will be held (this is a must!)
