Who we are

Connecting Grounds is a startup based in Aarhus, up-cycling spent coffee grounds (coffee waste) into food ingredients/products for B2B food manufacturers and retailers.

Our purpose

Our purpose is to repair the unsustainable management of coffee waste by up-cycling its compounds into healthy food ingredients.

What your tasks are

• Visual content creation

• Creating content for our SoMe channel (Instagram, LinkedIn) and website (ex. write blog posts)

• Actively helping the development of short- and long-term content strategies to improve our online presence

• Optimizing our marketing strategies to strengthen our brand identity and reach our target audience

Who you are personally

• A foodie with a passion for health, nutrition, sustainability and innovation and an interest in leading change

• A creative mind who is motivated to take initiative and enjoys putting ideas into practice

• Know how to deliver aesthetically pleasing content (either through Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or others)

• Curious and outgoing person

• Structured and good at planning and following up on what it takes to reach our goal

• A team player as well as an autonomous independent (hybrid) worker

• A strong communicator with an enthusiastic passion for social media, creative content creation, and digital communication

• Students in marketing, journalism, multimedia design, communication, or similar

The practicalities

The internship period will depend on your situation with your university.
