As Head of Marketing at Poba you have an important role where you lead, develop, optimize, and coordinate the marketing activities for Poba. You will work with the management team to plan and execute our marketing strategy across our channels to get our product and brand out there.

The role requires both a holistic approach, and a knack for details. The role comes with a lot of responsibility, making the ability to work independently important.
Be responsible for our sustainable long-term growth through B2B penetration, brand loyalty, and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Plan and execute our marketing strategies, developing processes and communication tactics to drive user and community engagement and growth.
Be an internal thought leader in regards to our outbound sales approach, and stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field.
Analyze, measure, and utilize data to drive our sales and customer communications.
Adapt our organic content to meet our and our partners’ challenges.
Create and execute marketing campaigns on paid, organic, email and social media.
Take charge in founding and building our marketing team.
We expect everyone at Poba to take part in our business development, as we want to continuously improve how we do things. This includes sharing insights and feedback to help inform product, business decisions, or what we should do at our next afterwork.
Experienced in engaging target audiences and creating campaigns that inform, inspire and call potential users and partners to action.
Solid experience developing business cases for marketing activities, including objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
Ability to use insights, data, and analytics to make strategic decisions and drive growth.
Documented track record of setting targets and achieving them.
Well-organised with the ability to plan and manage your workload.
Experience with marketing tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Hubspot, Canva, or similar.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swedish - verbally and in writing.
Nice to have characteristics, skills, and proficiencies
A passion for the arts (visual, music, performance, etc).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or similar.
At least 2 year of experience within similar roles.
Experience from working with sales, at software development companies, in the creative industry or agency.
