In MyMonii we are looking for a new colleague to join our team in the role as a Customer supporter (part time/student job) 🇩🇪🇩🇰

 

🔥 Your tasks include the following:

  • First and foremost your job is to support our app customers on a day-to-day basis. We support our clients through email and we use the support tool called Front.

  • You will own and manage the customer service experience from a-z and you’ll play a vital role in ensuring and delivering brilliant service across the board. The support activities span across:

    • General product support

    • Technical support (in collaboration with the development team)

    • Billing support

  • You’ll be tracking and reporting on support tickets to help the product team make data-driven decisions on product improvements.

  • Keep in mind that MyMonii is still a startup and there’s plenty of room for taking on tasks that pop up over time and to take on more responsibility.

  • General admin tasks related to keeping our users' profiles up to date

  • Proactively innovate and automate our support functions and general product experience using FAQ’s and other initiatives which scale well

  • You're passionate about delivering brilliant customer service

  • You find it satisfying to help a user, so she/he feels an even stronger connection to the brand MyMonii after being in contact with you

  • You're patient to understand the users situation and helping them until their problems are solved

  • You're naturally curious about app users behaviour and their interaction with the product


🤠  Your profile/background:

  • You have experience working with customer service from a similar role i.e. within customer service, customer experience, or customer success

  • Great communication skills in written and always patient

  • IMPORTANT: You must speak and write English and Danish for this role. If you write fluent German this is a big plus, but not a must 🇩🇪

  • Happy to be on the phone with clients

  • Service-minded and a team-player
