Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic student assistant to support our Finance Team. We will support your studies by teaching you how to manage different types of tasks and provide you with deep insights into the day-to-day operations of a tech scale up company.
Responsibilities
Support the daily accounting in the Danish office and ensure it is up to date, including invoice approvals etc.
A/P management, including billing, collection activities, customer and supplier correspondence.
Bookkeeping and documentation.
Management and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Support the month-end processes.
Assist in yearly audits and any related tasks.
Improve and document existing workflows.
Ad hoc administrative tasks
.Competencies
Preferably enrolled in a Finance Master’s (e.g. Cand. merc. ASC or AUD) or 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping/audit or similar.
Interest in bookkeeping, accounting principles and practices but you know your debit from credit.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Social and service-minded.
Able to keep a cool head under pressure.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Savvy IT user who easily picks up new systems.
Proven Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
Must be fluent in English.
