As a Customer Success Manager, you are a customer's primary contact and responsible for driving their success with us and our system. At Voxo, customer success is at the core of the business, working closely with both sales and product.
You will be responsible for the whole customer journey for our Norwegian customers and, together with sales, ensure a wow experience for the customer from the first onboarding to becoming a champion of our product. Customer Success also acts as the voice of the clients within the company, driving the client's perspective in the product development process.
You will also work with our Norwegian speech-to-text engine. You will both be training it on new words, phrases and sentiment and also continuously work with quality assurance of the engine.
Responsible for the Norwegian customers
Improving our Norwegian speech-to-text engine with the tech-team
Onboarding of new customers - configuring the system, holding training sessions etc.
Support customers in their use of the system, and help them with building analytical reports from our system
Conduct workshops to educate the customer on how to get more value from our system
Create training materials and instructional videos for our customers
Gather customer feedback to help drive our product development, being the voice of the customer
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills that has an analytical and technical mindset. We believe that you think it's inspiring to work with new technology and love working with customers.
The job is a combination of listening to the customer and their needs, understanding our product and how to use it, and supporting the customer on how to use it to fulfill their needs.

Highly skilled in communication, both verbal and written
Solution and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, never afraid to roll up your sleeves
Analytical, understand data and how to use it in communication
Technical, fast learner of new systems and like to spread that knowhow
Experience working in a customer-facing role (could be customer success, customer support, sales etc.)
Fluent in Norwegian (native), Swedish (not mandatory) and English. Additional nordic language meritorious
Experience working with Saas/digital products
University studies within relevant fields (analytics, business, communication, engineering)
