About the role
We’re looking for an intern marketer that is ready to show his/her Marketing game. I bet you have a good understanding of how this game of customer touchpoints should be played - so show us in a real environment, at a scale of 5000+ clients. Your decisions will influence the structure of our funnel and structurize the customer journey. What will you get your mind and hands working on:
Design and implement a consistent customer journey with our prospects and customers over their lifecycle - with an initial focus on sales and activation.
Building and deploying marketing emails, and push notifications, other content, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer lifecycle.
Build profiles of prospects and customers to provide more targeted communication that converts.
Segment our leads and customers according to their intent and needs, and be able to match them with the identified personas.
Develop a lead scoring system to advise marketing and sales teams to strategize their campaigns and resources.
Test and analyze different communications approaches to increase conversions in our pre-sales and customer journey.
Own the automated communications in our sales and support systems to ensure our users receive the right communication at the right time.
Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop and implement a cross-business strategy, program, and metrics for the Customer Lifecycle.
Eventually, if you do well during the internship - you will own a customer journey role.

What you’ll definitely need:
Bachelor or Masters degree in communication, online marketing or relevant discipline.
Strong content and linguistic background and experience in writing structured content.
Designing easy-to-understand communication process flows
Confident working with data and analysis, with A/B testing experience.
Experience in developing a customer journey that matches the lifecycle stage
Nice to have experience, that makes you an outstanding candidate:
Experience working with Hubspot CRM (or similar)
Working with remote and external project team members.
Work experience from a similar role within a SaaS or e-commerce business.
Working with multi-language and translations
