tamigo is growing, and so is our French customer base. Help us onboard new customers by facilitating training sessions and providing customer support!

In your role as Student Assistant, you will collaborate mainly with French enterprise customers in the retail space. You will be part of tamigo’s Implementation team and will also assist your colleagues in the Customer Support team and across the whole company.

Your primary responsibility will be to learn our product so that you can lead online workshops where new customers are onboarded, and you teach them how to use our system. You will be a part of a wide-ranging project involving a renowned international retail company with significant potential to expand into countries other than France. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will also provide product support to our French customers, helping them to get the maximum business value out of our solution.

What you will do

• Conduct online workshops to train and empower customers to become proficient tamigo users 
• Attend meetings with key customers and support your Customer Success colleagues with tasks like notetaking and resolving concrete customer problems
• Provide customer support to French and international customers by email and phone, assisting with, among other things, technical questions, troubleshooting and workarounds
• Configure customer databases and workflows in dialogue with the customer
• Translate existing and new documentation from English to French, such as Help Centre articles and newly developed feature descriptions

You have:

• Native level French and proficiency in written and spoken English
• A bachelor's degree and are currently studying for your master's at university, with at least 1 year left before graduating 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• A flair for IT
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the desire to have a direct impact on people’s experience with our solution
