About The Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to fuel growth.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As Modulize’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a part of the Revenue Team to help develop, execute and manage Modulize’s digital marketing strategy, including lead generation, SEO/content marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media and newsletters.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Help in planning and executing digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, newsletters and social media
• Create content for our website, social media and PR purposes
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Help to optimise Lead Generation, MQLs and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Skills and Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a startup, scaleup or tech company
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a B2B SaaS
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, newsletters and social media
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing lead generation and MQLs
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Experience/familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience/familiarity with Webflow, Wordpress or similar CMS platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English
