We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join our journey. 

This role is all about accelerating growth by taking a data-driven approach to implementing and improving processes from lead generation to closed won customers. 

To start, you'll be the one to make sure there is an abundance of "the right" contacts for "the best" accounts in HubSpot for the sales team to contact and set them up with the tools and processes they need to succeed. You’ll help maintain a data-driven and continuously updated ICP definition. You'll keep the progress against our commercial KPIs front of mind for the entire organization.  You’ll focus on increasing ARR and bringing down CAC (in that order). 

You will be empowered to be the expert in your domain and therefore will be the one to drive the development of this role over time as the organization grows.

You’ll report directly to Jillian, our VP of Marketing and be part of an ambitious team pushing the bar in driving Tricent's global potential.


What we think you will do:

  • Scale accounts and leads in HubSpot

  • Measure the effectiveness of efforts across the sales cycle and implement process improvements to optimize

  • Set direction and processes for our internal and external outbound/BDR setup as well as implement the tools needed to succeed

  • Uncover insights that help fine-tune and iterate our ICP understanding and help scale our regional sales strategies

  • Being the go-to Hubspot and process expert in Tricent - setting the daily and weekly rhythm for commercial success


What do we expect from you?

If you are the ideal candidate we think this is some of the things you might check mark:

  • Experience within sales operations and/or sales management

  • You've worked extensively with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus!) 

  • Data analysis makes you excited 

  • Commercial hunger - you have a hunter profile in that you love to find effective ways to push for results

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English 


Moreover we also think it would be great if you can say 'yes' to the following:

  • Cand.Merc. or HD

  • Have been part of a sales or revenue operations function in a B2B SaaS company. Preferably a successful scale-up
