Core responsibilities

As our new senior product design engineer, you will help define the future landscape of the Shape Games native betting and casino platform. An award-winning white label product which is already unique, and which we want to make the best in the world.

You will also:

• Participate in the creation and further development of scalable software, contributing to expand our modular architecture. All its components can in fact be combined to create highly customisable apps.
  
• Join a team of designers, with diverse and mutually integrating skillsets.
  
• Be able to operate in an open, inspiring and trust-based environment, where your voice will be heard in matters concerning your team and the product.
  
• Fully embrace Figma and follow its evolution closely, taking advantage of any new features that we can see providing value.
  
• Keep a constant watch on methods, tools, and UX trends, and be a vector of innovation.

What we expect from you

• 7+ years of work experience, including relevant experience in mobile and web design.
  
• You drive solutions, being able to communicate and motivate your decisions up and down the ladder.
  
• Figma is your preferred design tool. It is your bread and butter and everyone around you knows it. You can bake your design systems at breakfast, stir fry design tokens at lunch, and serve them hot to developers.
  
• You have extensive experience with cross-platform design - native apps & responsive web.
  
• A combination of iOS, Android and Web design guidelines are what you dealt with daily in your career so far.
  
• You make a great thought partner with cross-functional teams.
  
• You are creative, innovative, and like to work surrounded by other collaborative people. But you are also not afraid of dealing with technical, more specific and less "creative" matters.

Extra points if you

• Like, play or simply watch sports.
  
• Have experience with front-end coding and terminology.
  
• Have worked both in agencies and product companies.
  
• Are familiar with the Agile methodology.

Working hours and specifications

⏱ Full-time, 37.5 hours a week.

📍 This is a Copenhagen-based, on-site position with flexible remote work possibilities.

💬 English proficiency is a must. Danish language skills are not expected.
