About Dreamdata

Responsibilities

You will be the first legal professional in the company. As such you will be responsible for all legal matters

• Commercial: negotiation of customer contracts and controlling our risk
• R&D: manage our IP and relations with vendors
• Corporate: manage corporate legal processes such as fundraising events
• Compliance and privacy: handle compliance and privacy matters
• HR: matters related to employment law
• Manage our relations with external Legal Counsel

Requirements

You hold a Danish master's degree in law - we do all our contracts under Danish law and are incorporated in Denmark.

We are excited if you have:

• Experience from managing commercial contracts, corporate matters, data and privacy, and knowledge of GDPR. In short it's great if you have some knowledge of the many areas that you will be working with.
• An affinity for thinking in structure and process. Some parts of the job can be made a lot easier by creating good frameworks
• Worked both in-house and in a law firm
• Are excited about balancing risk and value
• Ability to communicate with different business stakeholders about regulatory obligations and risk management.
• A passion for working independently and with maximum responsibility.
