We have experienced enormous growth the last few years and have today over 2.2 million users in the Nordics (which includes 300 000 users in Finland). As our Finnish market is growing rapidly, we are now searching for a Commercial Manager for our office in Helsinki. This will be our second Finnish team member in the Commercial department in Tise! 


Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager in Tise, your main responsibilities will be to build the Finnish Advertising department (with help from the Nordic Advertising team) while our Finnish Advertising Lead is on parental leave. In addition, you will cooperate with the Nordic Commercial team on projects and business development. You will be responsible for commercial campaigns and work with identifying commercial opportunities and business development in Finland. You will also have direct customer contact, advise partners, develop campaign proposals and continuously work towards reaching the department’s budget goals!

📃 Responsibilities:

  • Meetings with potential and existing customers and partners
  • Develop campaigns, project management and pitch creative offers
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and concepts in the Finnish market
  • Provide internal input on concept and product development
  • Responsibility for the Finnish Advertising budget and continuous contribution to additional sales
  • Maintain sales momentum and monitor the most important KPIs in sales; reach outs, meetings and offers
  • Work closely with the Finnish country manager and marketing team
  • Develop and optimize our product portfolio in collaboration with Head of Sales Nordic and the rest of the Commercial team based in Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm.

📒 Qualifications:

  • Relevant education, eg. in marketing, communication, digital media, economics or business development
  • At least three years of experience on the other side of the table as a marketing manager or an consultant in a communication/marketing/PR/content or media agency
  • Understanding of Tise as a brand, the commercial opportunities and campaign development
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of budgets and numbers
