So, do you want to play an important role in this transforming on how cars are traded in the future?

We are looking for a technically strong IT Administrator to be part of supporting our end-to-end operational technology stack with focus on Employer Tech. The role will be based at our Headquarter in Vejle, Denmark (main location) – and will be closely aligned with our Parent Employee Tech Department at our Mother Company Autoscout24 in Munich. Some but limited travel to be expected per quarter to one of more of our main locations – Copenhagen, Hamburg and Munich.

This is a full-time permanent role - we are not hiring Freelancers, Temporary Contracters etc. 

As our new IT Administrator at AUTOproff you will join us in this newly created role and lead IT Operations and support with a fully dedicated focus on providing an amazing IT Support experience to our employees with a human touch.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities. You will

  • Lead daily IT operation activities and provide user support with incidents and change requests
  • Administrate and support of state-of-the-art IT ecosystems (End-user devices, SaaS and on-premises applications, unified communication, meeting rooms, network equipment etc.
  • End-to-end responsible for managing the lifecycle of every IT asset (procurement strategy, budget, device setup and decommissioning) while maintaining up to date our software & hardware asset management systems
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet our objectives
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration

You work dedicated to support AUTOproff daily IT-Operations but is also excited to be part of a much larger pan-European Employer Tech Support team with our Parent company - Autoscout24 (we will explain the details of this setup to you in much more details during interviews)

The need-to-have

  • Your current location must be in Denmark, where you have permanent residence and approved working permit (only exception may be alternative location in Skåne/Sweden)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or an apprenticeship in the field of IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or IT System Administration) and you have 4+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in scripting (PowerShell), to build automation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in Danish as well as English
  • You have experience in administration and support of the following:
    • Windows & macOS in an enterprise environment
    • Client Management (Jamf, Intune)
    • Collaboration services (M365 and Azure AD)
    • Identity & Access Management (AD, SSO & MFA with Okta)
    • Network technology (router, VPN, Wi-Fi using Cisco product)
    • Any of the following would be a plus: Atlassian Jira & Confluence, ITIL, Agile methodology
