Are you a good problem-solver, quick learner, interested in technology, and French speaker? We’re looking for a caring, motivated, and self-starting person to learn with our Customer Success team in Malmö! ⭐️
In this role you will assist our Customer Success Manager for the French market, interact directly with our users, but also handle your own portfolio and develop your strategies to do so.
We are looking for a minimum duration of 4 months, with a flexible starting date, preferably early 2023.
What will I be doing? 🤓
Works one-on-one with existing users to build a strong relationship and improve client retention and sales growth
Onboarding new customers with necessary product training. Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone, email, using a CRM tool
Identify property manager/owner needs and help them understand our product value or assist them to use specific features
Analyse data and provide feedback to improve the platform and our services
Identify, document, and follow up with different teams in the company
Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and product features
Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues and be a resourceful help for our team-members.
What is a must for this internship? ✅
Be a native French speaker
Strong english skills (oral and written)
Strong organisational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle surprises
Excellent listening and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
