In this position you will play an integral role in shaping and executing our strategy as we rapidly grow our business to become the leading European player in repurposed batteries. Our success is dependent on always being two steps ahead and you will be responsible for helping us stay there.

What will you do?

As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Defining, planning and managing strategic initiatives to realize our overall vision
2. Producing quantitative and qualitative strategic assessments to support the evaluation of new business models, emerging technologies, and innovations
3. Supporting all departments with various analyses needed to make optimal decisions, including market, competitor and M&A analyses
4. Developing and managing our performance management systems (basically - how do we know we are hitting our goals)
5. Reports directly to the CFO.

What are the ideal qualifications?

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data/quantitative analysis
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and self-starter mentality
3. Willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities
4. Team player who is results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including some financial modeling experience
7. 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a similar role
8. MBA or similar degree a plus
9. Fluent in English
