About the role

Alexis means "the helper of people", and with our HR platform we help other companies to take care of their most valuable asset: their employees, from onboarding to the entire employee journey. As Product Manager at Alexis, you are responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, and you are the go-to person for the specific parts of the product.

Examples of what you’ll be doing:

• Engage with stakeholders to define your product parts vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end of life, including product planning, delivery, and marketing.
• Be the voice of the customer within both the business and technical pillars of the company to align activities with the vision of improving the lives of our customers.
• Lead an agile, cross-functional team to execute and deliver value.

Your qualifications

• You have work experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company, preferably with a product with a high demand for exceptional user experience.
• You know scrum and agile practices well
• You communicate fluently in English
• Leadership Experience

We consider it a merit if you also have experience of

• Improving speed to delivery in product teams
• Knowing the lingo of programmers for ease of collaboration
