Pluto Technologies is a fast-growing startup assembling a killer team to empower infrastructure maintenance with AI monitoring. Today, we're live with our first product focused on the largest public infrastructure endeavor in human history - roads.


Who are you?

You have hands-on experience with sales and understand the work ahead of conquering new markets. You're an excellent communicator, well organized, and don't need a large back office to achieve results. Your skill set is broad and you are able to set up and adapt systems on the go. You thrive in a high-performance environment, are not satisfied with an ordinary job, are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and up for a challenge.

Pluto Technologies is an early-stage, machine learning startup using AI monitoring of infrastructure to support better and safer roads. We collaborate closely with our customers and empower everyone on the team to share inputs and ideas for improvements. Our solutions have won several innovation awards and we have successfully implemented solution in multiple countries.


Your contribution:

As a Head of Sales, your role will be to make sure that we keep momentum across our funnel and successfully establish ourselves in new markets. You will develop relationships with key partners and make sure that our sales efforts run like a well-oiled machine. You will report directly to the CEO and as the company grows help train new commercial roles in the company.

Requirements:

  • You're willing to get hands dirty with all the different steps in the sales process

  • You have experience with selling SAAS products

  • You have sold solutions to municipalities or governments before

  • You know what it takes to successfully implement a new IT solution in an organization

  • You're independent, energetic, and with a "can-do" attitude

  • You have a natural flair for communicating ideas

  • You're fluent in English and Swedish

  • You have experience in a commercial leadership role


Bonus:

  • You have experience with using Hubspot to manage sales

  • You come from an engineering background or have worked within a municipality before

  • Have sold to our target audience before (Road engineers, Technical Departments of Municipalities, etc.)


📍We hope to find someone in Copenhagen or Malmö region if possible. Our office is located in central Copenhagen and is easily accessible by public transport.
