Pluto Technologies is a fast-growing startup assembling a killer team to empower infrastructure maintenance with AI monitoring. Today, we're live with our first product focused on the largest public infrastructure endeavor in human history - roads.

You have hands on experience with sales and understand the work ahead of conquering new markets. You're an excellent communicator, well organized, and don't need a large back-office. Your skill set is broad and you are able to set up and to adapt systems on the go. You thrive in a high-performance environment, not satisfied with an ordinary job, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and up for a challenge.
Who are we?
Pluto Technologies is an early-stage, machine learning startup using AI monitoring of infrastructure to support better and safer roads. We collaborate closely with our customers and empower everyone on the team to share inputs and ideas for improvements. Our mantra is one sprint meeting per week to keep our focus on building rather than talking. We're located in Central Copenhagen - overlooking Tivoli from our windows.
As a Head of Sales, your role will be to making sure that we keep momentum across our funnel and successfully establish ourselves in new markets. You will develop relationships with key partners and make sure that our sales efforts run like a well-oiled machine.

Independent, energetic, and with a "can-do" attitude
Looking for a challenge and ability to shape the organisation
Experience with selling tech solutions in the public sector
Experienced with supporting and leading sales efforts
Have a flair for communicating ideas
Fluent in English and as many Scandinavian languages as possible
Bonus if you have experience with:
Experience with using Hubspot to manage sales
Engineering background or sold complex IT solutions previously
The role is remote, but we hope to find someone in Copenhagen or Malmö region if possible.
