About us:

Limepack is a fast-growing start-up in the printed packaging industry. We are on a mission to make custom takeaway packaging available for the many, and our vision is to become the biggest European platform selling branded food packaging. We are currently selling in 14 countries and still counting!

Join our tight-knit team of 15 full-time and 5 student employees in our Copenhagen office where English is the main language. We enjoy each other’s company both at the office and for events outside work.


About your role:

As a Limepack sales and account manager you will play a key role in developing the English-speaking markets. Dynamic, outgoing and autonomous, you will build relationships with customers and convert leads by creating a need.

You will gain valuable experiences within the field of sales management and digital marketing, working closely with 7 sales managers responsible for other countries who will help you get settled into your new role.

The work environment will allow you to get insights to how our business is run, be part of decision-making and have a lot of influence on growing the English-speaking markets but also on the overall sales strategy.


Your responsibilities:

  • Serving existing English-speaking customers, cross and up selling to them.

  • Create new sales opportunities by calling potential new customers.

  • Convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.

  • Collaborate for success: work closely with the sales teams, marketing, product developers and operations to provide the best customer experience.

  • Taking initiatives in researching new sales methods, continuously learning and improving internal processes

  • Helping with digital marketing activities in the UK.


About you:

You are a sociable person who enjoys being a part of a team where the mindset is to succeed in cooperation and to take on new challenges that could help the team grow stronger.

You are a quick learner, self-reliable and driven by dialogue and constructive criticism while not being afraid to express your opinion. You don’t need to have previous sales experience but you are willing to learn a lot in that area and be rich in initiatives to develop your sales skills.


Your qualifications:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Being fluent in German or French (both written and verbal) is a large advantage.

  • Having previous work experience in customer service or sales, especially in the HoReCa industry is a plus.

  • You are comfortable with taking and making sales calls.

  • You work is structured, and you like to test new methods of doing your daily work.

  • You are not afraid to accept assignments in new areas of work.

The position is 37 hours with salary based on qualifications and previous experience. We have a union agreement with HK. Most of your working hours will happen from our office in Frederiksberg, but we do understand there will be occasions where you will have to work from home.

Limepack

Limepack is a fast-growing start-up in the packaging industry. We are working to become the biggest platform for buying and selling printed to go packaging in the EU. We are primarily working with products for the HoReCa segment such as paper cups, plastic cups and etc.. In an industry where sustainability is getting a growing focus, we are working on bringing more sustainable products to the market. We are a small company that loves to perform and work hard when we are at the office. It does not mean that we are not to have fun together at the office and outside of the office. We eat lunch together and on Fridays, we drink a beer at the end of the day.  Our HQ office is located in Copenhagen while has an office in Silkeborg as well.
