What will you do?

Our Customer Support Assistants provide help to Eupry’s customers with any technical problems when using our products and services. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support. Here are the tasks you can find on your daily to-do list:

• Respond to customer tickets in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

• Report product malfunctions

• Share customer information with team members

• Ensure supporting interns are up-to-date

• Help with packing 

• Install equipment and providing onsite support 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Our ideal candidate would recognize themselves in the following: 

• You like to talk to people and can do it in a polite and effective way

• Service-minded 

• Diligent and responsible, able to take ownership 

• Technical understanding of WiFi services will be considered a plus 

• Danish and English proficiency is a requirement for this position 

• Additional language skills are a plus 

About the team

Eupry's team consists of over 12 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food and other sensitive goods are stored and transported. 

You will be a part of the Operations team, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, and working closely with our Customer Support Assistant Kikki.
