As the number of Flywheel Training enthusiasts are growing on a global level, we also need to grow our efforts to optimize the customer journey by improving our abilities to collect, structure and analyze Sales data. We're therefore now expanding our sales team to welcome an intern with a strategic mindset, to help us at our HQ in Stockholm or remote.

Description 

The foundation of this Sales Intern role is to help our global Sales team, with a primary focus on assisting the global sales team to process leads and assist in their conversion. You will be working on sales related tasks in house with the rest of the Exxentric Sales team. Some tasks include creating and updating quotes, negotiating with partners and customers, updating and filtering our leads in our CRM. We require someone that is a quick learner and self starter, with a strategic mindset and a passion for finding simple solutions to improve processes.

You will also collaborate with and help link the other departments at Exxentric with the sales team and work closely with R&D, Marketing, Operations and Production. Tasks will be to help improve our service, the current sales pipeline information and work closely with the sales team to help close sales.

  3. Handle Contact forms

  4. General Sales Tasks


Requirements

  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter 

  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced Swedish oral and written communication skills

  • Relevant higher education


An Extra Bonus Will Be If You Have

  • Previous CRM experience 

  • Other Language Fluency

  • Familiarity with Google Drive

  • Sales Background 

  • Data entry, Sales Pipeline configuration or similar

Description 

The foundation of this Sales Intern role is to to help learn and improve the current Sales workflow, with a primary focus on our CRM system (Zoho CRM). You will be working closely with the CRM Administrator (remotely), and working on other sales tasks in house with the rest of the Exxentric Sales team. We require someone that is a quick learner and self starter, with a strategic mindset and a passion for finding simple solutions to improve processes.

You will also collaborate with and help link the other departments at Exxentric with the sales team and work closely with R&D, Marketing, Operations and Production. Tasks will be to help improve workflows, research and help develop our online chat service, improve the current sales pipeline information and test out other CRM integrations that may help with capturing and processing new lead information. 

 

Your Main Tasks

  1. Monitoring our CRM performance, updating fields and learning how the CRM integrates with other parts of the business

  2. Zoho Website Chat monitoring

  3. Creating email templates, to be used by our partners for their  external communication

  4. Importing information and integrating it into the CRM

  5. Creating email newsletters to Partners in the CRM


Requirements
