Scrum Master is responsible for  application of the most suitable agile framework by helping everyone understand its theory, practices, rules and values. 

Scrum Master helps everyone optimize their interactions within the Scrum Team to maximize the value created. 

Scrum Master’s main goal is to help everyone achieve the best possible results - and having succeeded is the greatest reward. 

What will you do?

• Work with a great group of people to bring improvements to the everyday life of our teams

• Cooperate with other Scrum Masters in our organization, build a community and together support agile culture.

• Work closely with development teams

• Act as a servant leader for your teams and help them to become self-organized

• Facilitate Scrum events and help remove impediments if requested or needed

• Help improve team processes thanks to the “Inspect and Adapt” cycle

• Measure results and transparently communicate with the team

• Demonstrate how the agile way of working is effective and build trust by developing the agile mindset

• Support and help coordinate changes happening in the organization

• Support / coach Product Owners in their work (e.g. ensure they understand how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value)

What would make you absolutely perfect for the job?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position

• Practical agile experience and agile mindset

• Realistic understanding of agile principles

• Good communication skills and ability to formulate things clearly

• Ability to recommend a suitable agile framework for the team

• Ability to coordinate cross-team collaboration

• Passionate about supporting teams to achieve their objectives

• Ability to strive in a challenging environment

• Fluent English Speaker
