We are now looking for an administrator to support our operations department. 

Main Responsibilities:

Office management:

• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures

• Track and replace office supplies as necessary in standard front office procedures

• Assist with internal and external event management

Administration:

• Update and assist colleagues at any given opportunity

• Maintain databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data

• Keep track of various subscriptions and monthly reporting to the accountant 

• Administering Google and creating an overview 

• Various administrative tasks on government platforms, such as reporting holidays and sickness

Accounting: 

• Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Works structured and independently 

• Has comprehensive Danish and English skills 

• Is tech-savvy 

• Has an understanding of reporting and time registration 

• Is knowledgeable about startup administration 

• Has accounting knowledge
