We automate those tasks, removing human errors and bureaucracy in the process, and putting that human connection back into the equation.

About the job

We are looking for a sales manager to join our Extended Management Team. Someone who can own everything sales. The process, management, coaching and development of it all. 

You will work closely with the rest of the Leadership Team to realise our ambitions. We are a close group where we often collaborate to be able to handle everything that goes on. It’s critical that you know, and embrace, that in a scaleup, the ball is always on your side of the court, no matter how many times you hit it.

You will be taking over a team of 5 people that needs to be scaled up to at least 10 people within the next 6 months. You will be responsible for all aspects of this, including, but again, not limited to, management, training, coaching and hiring. 

Our product is currently live in Denmark and the Netherlands and will go live in Germany within the next 3 months. You will therefore also be handling sales aspects across borders, languages, cultures and legal frameworks.

We are at the critical point in time for any scaleup, where we have found product market fit. Now we need you to knock it out of the park. 


The position will be build up over time, but the focus in the beginning will be:

  • Lead, manage, train and hire for the sales team.

  • Analyse, improve and build upon the whole sales model including how we talk to leads, cold calling/emailing, sales funnel, closing and sales ops.

  • Work closely with our product and operation teams to be able to adapt how we present and sell ourselves to leads.

  • Own the management and reporting of all metrics related to the sales side of the business.


What we are looking for:

We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to be open minded and invest serious hours in expanding your toolbox, to learn from and spar with people both inside and outside of the company about how to solve problems in real time. This is a journey where you won’t know half of what you don’t know, and you need to be aware of and humble about that fact.


With that in mind, these things are not all needed, but things we are looking for:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience

  • 2+ years of sales management experience

  • Experience scaling a sales team and revenue 2-3x yearly across borders.

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products
