As our Account Executive in the Nordic market, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business to closing deals with new clients. In a nutshell, your main task is to help Mobal grow by closing new businesses. You'll do this by demonstrating excellent insights about how business listings can be utilized as a marketing channel, and educating prospective clients about the benefits of our services. You'll have ownership of your own sales pipeline and results.

Mobal is a Helsinki-based SaaS marketing company helping businesses stand out in local searches through cutting-edge technology and managed services. We offer a platform to simplify location marketing possibilities and Google Business profiles by improving our customer’s marketing efforts with real-time analytics.

That’s how you’ll be contributing:

In this role, you will be searching for and qualifying leads, as well as contacting them through different channels. In practice, your day-to-day tasks will be to book meetings with different stakeholders at companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, conduct sales calls, negotiate mutually beneficial contracts, and follow up on hot cases. When the deal is closed, the client will be transferred to our Customer Success team, which handles our existing clients.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

    • 1 year+ experience in B2B sales (a big plus if you have sold SaaS products, especially to B2C companies)
    • Good understanding of how businesses use different marketing channels to achieve their business goals
    • A university degree (preferably business-related)
    • Native or near-native Swedish Language skills and fluency in English (additional Nordic languages are a big plus)
    • You're a metric & result-driven team player with a strong track record of attaining your goals
    • You have an epic drive to develop yourself, take accountability for your work, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Relentless proactiveness and strong self-leadership
