With our services we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our companies in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives.
Primary Job Functions
As our legal student assistant, you will primarily be responsible for:
Supporting our customers on questions about whistleblower legislation and GDPR legislation in their region
Preparing legal commercial material for the sales team selling in multiple markets
Keeping our legal material up to date
Supporting local partners with relevant legal material
Assisting on structuring and formalising incidence reporting and assessment processes
Staying updated on GDPR and whistleblower legislation in those markets where we operate
With a good sense of business understanding you will be able to provide legal assistance to both internal and external stakeholders and has a good ability to solve tasks beyond an isolated legal perspective.
Who are you?
You have completed BA.law or HA (jur.) and are studying for a Master of Laws or cand.merc. (jur). Relevant work experience from previous jobs are a plus but not a requirement.
Excellent communication skills in English are a must. If applicable, please indicate your proficiency in legal writing in other languages as well.
You are proactive and take responsibility and you are not afraid to make decisions and execute in order to get things done in time. You have experience with or an interest in GDPR and/or whistleblower legislation and an interest in direct contact with customers and legal partners.
You can work approx. 2 workdays per week.
